Well... it seems to me that CCP did the Respecs for some people, and then said ;
Kitten the rest of them !!
Because like you said.. the 31th was supposed to be the last day. And is not official statement from CCP, explaining why all the Respecs haven't been done yet. |

You're quoting the mercpack account reset with the first one. The Devblog regarding skill respec states: Devblog wrote:

Is not clarity in anything that CCP says ...So, they'll do the Respecs when ever they feel like it ( Could be 6 months ).. Some people gets a huge advantage, when others have to wait indefinitely ?
